Description:

-Define LINA’s digital innovation vision and map current and future digital capabilities to strategic priorities for digital transformation.

-Manage planning, staffing and budgeting of digitalchanneloperations to ensure the delivery excellence for achieving strategic business objectives in an efficient and effective manner.

-Develop, execute and administer the digital project portfolio that is cost effective, reduces complexity and improves speed to market of new product/service delivery.

-Define the digital architecture and eco-system that seamlessly integrates with current and future business portfolio and growth strategy.

-Develop ways to attract and retain top digital talent. Supervise the recruitment, training, retention, and organization of the digital team, and establish standards of performance.

-Collaborates with other departments to assess & recommend digital innovation.

-Acts as a digital pathfinder, interprets critical business drivers, conducts research, maintains an understanding of current industry trends, consults and promotes digital transformation and innovation.

Qualifications:

Experience / Knowledge / Skills

-Experience on digital capabilities to strategic priorities

-Experience on managing digital/IT organization

-At least 5 years work experience in this or equivalent position
