-Develop and implement education strategy to ensure continuous growth and sales performance improvement of makeup artists for sustainable growth of the brand

-Educate and motivate makeup artists in the field to uphold the highest experience in-store, demonstrate and sell products and proudly represent the brands.

-Continue to educate makeup artists about recent consumer trends and market situation including the latest keywords commonly used at social media when it comes to cosmetics so that makeup artists can communication customers with up-to-date knowledge and language


1. Develop and implement education programs based on understanding on business priority and needs

Understands the business priorities and its implication on the field selling approach

Works closely with sales team across functions to develop training strategies to effectively meet customer needs and sales objectives

Develop and execute education programs for makeup artists based on annual marketing calendar and business needs

Conducts all education for makeup artists esp. including basic training in product knowledge & selling points and training sessions for new product launches

2. Ensure high level of service quality and customers satisfaction

Lead in-store coaching programs as a champion along with continuous update and education for sales team and pro team members

Develop and implement consumer trend update programs for makeup artist so as to meet customers’ changing needs and expectations about service

Activate How To services (makeup lesson) at counters thru monthly motivation programs for makeup artists

3. Lead and manage team members

Motivate, inspire and engage team members, makeup artists and serve as a role model in image and professionalism

Lead and educate pro team members to become capable field trainers as well as event team members

Skillfully communicate and effectively lead across multiple functions and region building a strong relationship with stakeholders

4. Test and learn new way of education for higher relevance and cost-efficiency

Keep testing a new way of education beyond conventional classroom training and improving the quality of education based on learning

Motivate makeup artists to be more active at social media to work as a digital ambassador reaching out their influence beyond the counter

Continue to try to improve cost-efficiency of education programs

  • 9 years of relevant work experience

  • 5 years of beauty industry experience

  • 5 years of education/training experience
