The Workstation Business Manager is accountable for achieving the sales and profitability goals assigned to his covered country.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Own wkstn budget assigned (Rev & Margin) & target market share goals

  • Focus on key wkstn accounts identified jointly with country team

  • Meet and exceed sales target by CA, revenue, margin & market share

  • Recruit new wkstn focus partners as well as growing the existing key resellers

  • Maintain and expand customer base providing necessary product assistance to partners/internal sales ; continue to identify new customer to acquire

  • Review progress of sales for each segment (global / key account & SMB).

  • build quarterly wkstn related marketing/demand gen programs

  • develop new / existing ISV that are key to wkstn mkt

  • product updates for internal/external sales

  • build quarterly wkstn plan / strategy & execute plan accordingly

  • ensure pipelines in SFDC are sufficient & accurate by interlocking with country account owners

  • must knows the key wkstn ISVs

  • possess strong technical background related to wkstn

  • must have wkstn product knowledge

  • preferably sold wkstn before

  • must have some channel experience

  • understands basic marketing

  • problem solving skills

  • negotiation skills

  • willing to travel within the country

  • Strong presentation skill
