Dell Virtustream Sales Director & Country Lead - Korea in Seoul, South Korea

  1. Territory owner and sales quota owner for Korea. Establish the local foundation and drive growth locally.

  2. Own business development and direct sales target to be achieved initially in FY/19 via 2 quota carrying Reps - Virtustream Enterprise Cloud and Viewtrust initially in scope.

  3. Own local partner and channel engagements supported by APJ Partner and Alliance team - primarily Dell EMC Korea - Enterprise & Commercial, Infrastructure partners, SAP Korea and leading SIs

  4. Work with the VP APJ and global matrix teams to ensure any matters outside of business development and sales are owned and resolved by the appropriate part of the company.

  5. Be the face and voice of Virtustream in Korea.

Establish sales through management of specific industry or product segment sales teams

Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce

Drive sales strategies and sales promotion campaigns

Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members

Directly manages director level reports Develops strategic objectives for the direct sales organization

Develops strategic account management and pipeline across the organization

Designs programs to improve team’s business acumen and customer knowledge
