Job Description

Technical support for zVSE and related application

  • Customer-specific business process and application

  • VSE technical support with application level as an expert

  • Full dedicated support for troubleshooting and customer inquiries

  • Performance tuning, bug fixes and support, history management, and technical support related VSE/SOS

  • Location : Always support in Jeju Island

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Special capability : Deep understanding and on-site/remote support capability for customer owned application and environment of Jeju Bank VSE system.

(There is no high availability solutions in this system, but system should be worked continuously without outage by operation support.)

  • Language : Fluency in Korean to discuss and communicate business/technical subjects with the clients
