Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. Site Lead - PACAF RAP - Contingent Upon Award of Contract in Kunsan and Osan AB, South Korea

Assist in all matters relating to daily operations and contractor personnel at each site. Should coordinate aircrew ATD and academic training schedule with the government. Monitor Joint and Air Force exercise schedule with the government.

Basic Duties
Provide oversight of training scenarios and lesson development and maintenance
Annotate aircrew attending provided training and report aircrew attendance status to unit
Report ATD utilization rates to the government
Provide measures to correct identified negative trends that disrupt normal operations
Maintain the currency of contractor employees
Coordinate network hookups for training event
Coordination with the COR and on-site QAR and unit representatives shall establish a customer feedback system
Monitor employee’s activities and ensure compliance with security regulations and local SOPs
Provide escorts in the secure area for un-cleared visitors, contract janitorial services and authorized personnel performing building maintenance, modification and upkeep
Ensure vacancies don’t affect aircrew mission (combat) training, Site Lead will fill and adjust schedules accordingly

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Operational flight experience within 3 years as an instructor on the applicable system or performance of similar aircraft simulator instructor duties within 3 years.
Minimum of 1000 hours in fighter aircraft or as AWACS Mission Crew member
Basic Word, Excel, and Power Point Skills.
Prior DMO operations experience.
Other Requirements
Must pass drug testing

U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED. Must be eligible for Secret Security Clearance and be SCI eligible per the Special Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP).
