Sensata Technologies, Inc. Field Sales Engineer in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea
this Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within HKMC, especially Powertrain segment. This is also a potential global role to lead and drive the commercial pursuits for Sensor business growths for the customers on the global base interfacing Sensor China, North America and Europe regional account players.
He or she will manage the day-to-day, hands-on leadership for identifying new business opportunities (NBO) and handling commercial issues where the focus is to drive revenue growth meeting margin guidelines and strengthen the management of key customer relationships @ HKMC to enable the organization to meet its aggressive and sustainable growth objectives.
Strengthen customer relationships to Hyundai Kia Motor company develop business coach and sponsorship at Hyundai Kia Motor Company
Investigate Sensor application opportunities and analyze competitive market situations, including a good understanding of company product's competitive advantages to differentiate from other competitors@ Hyundai Kia Motor Company
Champion the commercial pursuits at Hyundai Kia Motor Company interfacing internally with marketing, engineering, PMT and other competencies for activities such as quotations, forecasting, planning, cost analysis and competitive stream/supply chain analysis in order to build Sensata value proposition in selling
Set up the Customer Development and Sales Strategy together with management team to achieve long term and sustainable growth
Facilitate business pursuits on global base working with counterparts in Sensata China, North America and other region to achieve wins while Hyundai Kia Motor Company are going global
Grow sales revenue and secure and grow market share in next 5 years while meeting Sensata margin growth guideline and expectation
Act as major liaise with the sales support team and other internal functions (e. g. marketing, purchasing, operations etc.) regional and worldwide to provide solutions to meet customer requirements and ensure delivery of products and other services to high level of customer satisfaction
