Responsible for developing and implementing winning strategies to drive the Oral Care Franchise growth and deliver strong business results for the North-East Asia(NEA) markets (Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan)
Owns and manages the future pipeline development plan and objectives
Works closely with regional / global and cross-functional teams and leads strongly
Supports cluster Marketing Director on marketing vision execution and organization development and model new and harmonized ways of working.
【Role Duties& Responsibilities】
Marketing & Franchise Vision and Strategy Development
Deliver on the franchise vision and strengthen growth initiatives based on deep NEA consumer and market insights to unlock growth
Develop strategic plan (3-5 years), portfolio strategy, business model and resource planning for NEA Oral Care.
Able to effectively collaborate with individual NEA markets to support translation of core franchise strategies into winning execution.
- Influencing the regional / global partners to deliver a strong pipeline of products, claims, and marketing innovation. Working with NEA markets to identify winning consumer insights and build and broaden current pipeline (products and claims).
Grow the People
- Develop clear objectives for direct reports consistent with business objectives and Leadership imperatives. Train and develop direct report and make training an everyday priority. Set career planning and development plan of direct report.
- Able to lead strategic innovation financial planning at cluster level with Financial, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Sales, Supply Chain and GFO (Region).
*Moderate 'Travel required (Once a month)
Ideally 7+ years FMCG marketing experience (NPD/communication)
Has experience operating in a highly matrixed organization
Has high success track record of new brand launch and existing brand growth
Has a combination of global, regional and/or local marketing experience.

Demonstrated track record as a strong marketer and strategic business leader including experiencing developing and implementing successful business plans, executing innovation and the ability to identify consumer insights into new products and/or claims
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders across multiple disciplines, geographies, and organizational levels
Superior collaboration, influence & negotiation skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, and work in a cross-functional and team-based culture
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
English Language Skills (Business Level), Japanese language skills is a strong bonus.
