ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Develop and manage strategic communication plan

  • Implements brand

public relations programs and liaises with appropriate marketing & consumer engagement

manager in creation and development of public relations programs.

  • Produces product advertisement through key media partners.

  • Lead marketing related outdoor activities in public.

  • Secures media

placements based on press mailings, conferences and one-on one Presentation.

  • Builds ongoing

relationship with press, based on reliable and accurate Product information to prompt correct, thorough

press coverage.

  • Discovers

needs/interests of media and tailors brand stories accordingly.

  • Creates new and

interesting public relations opportunities in order to enhance brand image.

  • Provides

programs to consumer groups as required, such as Corporate services, community organizations, and

professional Trade

association.

  • Identify key

influencers (especially active in digital) of each brand and build strategic

partnership.

  • Optimize media

spending for traditional media and digital media in order to reach brand KPI

2. Communicate and co-work with headquarter and regional office

  • Maintain

schedule to ensure press releases/events are initiated and accomplished on

time.

  • Provide feedback

to Global & Region from press contacts and other audience regarding

perception of brand’s image and products, of trends and competitors’ public

relations activities.

  • Communicate

local PR needs and maintains up-to-date information with Global & Region

  • Responsible for

developing and monitoring public relation budget and reviews on timely basis to

determine status.

  • Coordinate

visits to headquarters of any press people from affiliate markets.

  • Maintain close

contact with marketing, sales, and training on current and upcoming programs to

assure proper focus and accurate information.

3. Create new media opportunities

  • Explore new

channel & media (especially digital & social) and Identify ideas for

new PR activities

  • Make proposals

and recommendations regarding PR activities to Marketing & Consumer Manager

and brand manager.

  • Evaluate PR

activities and programs. Recommend improvements or changes.

4. Manages Operational Effectiveness

  • Maintains

schedule to ensure press releases/events are initiated and accomplished on time.

  • Provides

feedback to New York

from press contacts and other audience

Regarding perception of

brand’s image and products, of trends

And competitors’ public

relations activities

  • Keep New York informed of

activities within public relations area and local media by providing clipping reports, tabulation and ongoing status reports; maintains up-to-date press

lists tailored to Brand’s specific

requirements.

  • Responsible for

developing and monitoring public relation budget and reviews on timely basis to determine status.

  • Coordinates visits

to headquarters of any press people from affiliate markets.

  • Maintain close

contact with marketing, sales, and training on current and upcoming programs to assure proper focus and

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education -University-level education or equivalent

  • Experiences -More than 910 years of relevant work experience preferred. -Team-lead experience
