2) Explore PRO Business Opportunities

  • Increase PRO sales & House account sales with Recruiting new MPMP members

(TV stations, Entertainment/Theater Productions, Salon & freelancer artists working in local cities, model agencies, etc)

  • Monitor and analyze PRO sales data at MAC flagship stores for business plan and sales expansion

3) Reinforce professional brand image by expanding the realm of AR activities

  • Plan and execute backstage makeup support programs to increase brand awareness and professional makeup brand positioning

  • Collaborate with high profile entertainment/theatre productions for special projects, such as backstage support, PR exposure, sales promotion partnership, etc.


1) Retail event operation for consumer marketing

  • Planning and executing retail events (makeup show, on-counter show, special makeup service appointment, MAC masters)

  • Sourcing of all event production elements including models, catering, costuming, audio visual and set builds in line with creative direction

  • Liaising and working closely with the region, artistry, and communication team on the execution of retail events

  • Preparation and development of the event activity calendar and ROI reports

2) Special branding event planning and execution

  • Planning, producing, and executing all Creative Request across large-scale branding events for press & online & consumers (ex. Pop-up store event, Trend presentation event)

3) Co-promotion opportunities

  • Leading sponsorship negotiations to define and enhancing synergies with brand partners for sponsorship and co-branding projects.

4) New Channel Opportunities

  • Support new channel or special format door opening

  • Explore channel diversification and special sales opportunities



  • Bachelor’s Degree


  • 4 years of experience in product marketing and/or special event related field
