OBJECTIVES

To optimize the digital presence and opportunities with the increasing importance of digital channel and aggressively accelerate

e/m commerce for Estee Lauder Companies’ brands in Travel Retail Korea.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Brand boutique sites development and management on retailers’ digital platforms.
  • Lead the development of brand boutique sites in duty free retailers’ web/mobile sites.

  • QA all digital outputs before delivery and post go-live on duty free retailers’ web/mobile sites.

  • Manage existing boutiques to keep updated and optimize it strategically.

  • Establish strong working relationship with internal and external partners.

  1. Digital campaign management
  • Plan and run periodic digital promotional campaigns for brands on retailers’ platforms.

  • Update digital assets in accordance with brands’ marketing plans

  • Ensure quality and accuracy of all ELC brands’ digital assets on all digital platforms

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive best performance

  1. Digital media execution
  • Plan and execute paid digital media campaigns for brands

  • Explore social channels from travel retail perspective and implement it into digital media strategy

  • Analyze and report the result and derive key insights from

  • Drive innovation by adapting new media and technologies and adapt it to brands’ digital campaigns

  1. Reporting and insights
  • Collect and report monthly online sales and related performance data from brands and retailers

  • Collect and report weekly/monthly promotions result (including digital media campaigns)

  • Research competitive digital activities and Omni channel promotions in both Travel Retail and cosmetic industries

  • Keep updated on digital trends and new regulation in e/m-commerce market

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or computer science

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 4-5 years of experience related to digital market and consumer marketing

  • Experience with fashion, luxury, beauty or FMCG industries is appreciated

  • Preferred experience in e/m-commerce and social channels.


COMPETENCIES

  • Understanding of technical environment for web and mobile

  • Understanding of consumer communication and marketing

  • Good project management and presentation skills

  • English fluency in both written and verbal

  • Strong communication capabilities in both written and verbal

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external)
