OBJECTIVES

  • Be the CRM expert in the affiliate, define and drive the corporate CRM strategies and goals in the affiliate with the guidance of the regional CRM team

  • Be the key interface between the affiliate brand teams and the regional CRM team to smoothly land Global / Regional CRM strategy in the affiliate

  • Leverage consumer insight into ongoing projects and develop consumer insights being a competitive advantage for the affiliate

  • Manage local CRM vendor services / internal processes in terms of database management, analysis and implementation of CRM programs

  • Educate brand teams and facilitate best practices sharing across brands to foster the adoption of CRM practices in overall business processes

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Cross-brand / Corporate CRM leadership

  • Define corporate CRM objectives and roadmap to deliver the Regional CRM strategies

  • Provide planning and liaison support between the regional CRM team and local brand team

  • Take lead in the business review process for multi-brand market specific topics to drive the achievement of CRM KPIs

  • Manage the relationship and scope of work with the affiliate’s CRM agency to ensure proper support are given to the brands for CRM program execution

  • Host cross brands CRM meeting to facilitate best practices sharing across the affiliate to deliver improvement in CRM KPIs.

  • Work closely with Affiliate Corporate Online Manager (where applicable) to define data integration and reporting of Online and Offline consumer data

  • Work closely with affiliate Consumer Insight team (where applicable) to identify insights, further complement with deeper analytics (working with regional direction)

  • Responsible for the affiliate’s CRM data / system roadmap; including the management of a customer database, usage of the database tools by the business users and development of future CRM operation system

  • Work with the regional CRM team to deliver CRM training in the affiliate and hosting of the annual CRM conference to build CRM knowledge in the organization

2. Branded CRM Support

  • Lead the development of Affiliate Brand CRM objectives and strategies, with substantial input/ guidance from Regional and Affiliate Brand

  • Set up the right tools and Infrastructure (working with region) to enable the smooth execution of campaign management process in the brand context

  • Lead the development of CRM calendars across all Affiliate brands to ensure appropriate and relevant interaction with consumers

  • Provide consultation / support to Affiliate brand CRM teams regarding execution of consumer programs

  • Help Affiliate brands identify areas that require deep analysis and facilitate implementation with regional team

  • Help Affiliate brands establish processes to enable tracking and analysis of consumer communication programs

  • Ensure the local analytics needs are articulated and presented to the regional CRM team and the insights from the regional analytics projects are interpreted and implemented

3. Tracking and Monitoring

  • Ÿ Responsible for driving proper tracking and reporting of CRM KPIs, consolidating KPIs reports and campaign response tracking according to global standards

  • Ÿ Take the lead to review KPIs report and campaign response report with the brand team for continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness

  • Ÿ Lead the brand teams to review and share results of the activities on the CRM calendar for further test, measure, learn & refine

  • Ÿ Identify local CRM analytics needs and drive the process of running analytics projects in collaboration with the regional CRM team to address business issues and opportunities

  • Ÿ Set up work processes to ensure customer data capture & campaign management is efficient at the local level

  1. Being in charge of CI function in Korea
  • Ÿ Initiating and supporting the training and coaching of the business to use consumer/shopper insight effectively

  • Ÿ Educating the organization where we need to establish Korean specific approaches and organizational alignment

  • Ÿ Implementing Korean specifics into the regional and global CI agendas

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • University-level education or equivalent

Experiences

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in CRM or Marketing

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the FMCG or cosmetic industry or with regional exposure
