To plan and execute brand-customized Customer Relationship Management activities in accordance with the marketing calendar for providing consumer and market insight, under the supervision of the Manager.


CRM Program Management and Analysis

  • Plan and execute monthly consumer touch program: DM and Mobile

  • Plan and execute yearly Mileage Program: Plan/stock control/store communication/promotion support/consumer communication(DM/SMS)

  • Manage key product replenishment program: Sampling/touch programs(DM/SMS)/Result review

  • Follow up with CRM campaign result tracking and analyze effects

  • Provide consumer insight and suggest CRM campaigns to support sales

  • CRM monthly or ad-hoc analysis

VIP Program Management

  • Plan and execute VIP programs: Yearly VIP Program/customized touch programs(DM)/stock control/Result review

  • Plan VIP Event and beauty class and on-site management; VIP party and cultural program.

Customer Information Management

  • Conduct consumer segmentation and come up with relevant CRM programs

  • Manage and modify customer data(profile & mileage/point) based on request by counters

  • Response to critical customer claims in collaboration with CCC

Special event

  • Develop strategy and set annual plan for special events

u Outpost event, at-counter event, beauty class, cabin service and outreach event, etc.

  • Forecast and orders for permanent special event tool and promotional materials

  • Plan and control budget for Special event line monthly and yearly

  • Analyze event result and identifies opportunities for growth

  • Develop and execute outreach event and co-promotion

  • Execute exclusive door/retailer program

  • Monitor and report competitors’ special event activities

  • Support Open/renewal program




  • University-level education or equivalent


  • Relevant CRM or VIP Marketing experience more than 2 years

  • Cosmetic industry experiences preferred
