Role Summary:

Responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for their products/solutions/services in an assigned territory, and/or in a list of named accounts individually or as part of a One GE Healthcare team. Act as the clinical/technical expert to establish and continuously develop the relationship with departmental and technical decision makers in their assigned accounts and where applicable work in conjunction with Account Executives and Managers to gain access to C-Suite decision makers.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Enable to dealers & sales Training for WHS business

  • Sales to Academic[University] & Private Hospitals’ Obstetrics & Gynecology departments.

  • Maximize sales orders, margin, market share, customer satisfaction of ultrasound products and business solutions in Korea

  • Develop good long term customer relationship management and high customer satisfaction.

  • Support sales of assigned product range and business solutions to customers within area.

  • Organize product demonstrations, sites visit and follow up.

  • Prepare and co-ordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with channel distribution manager.

  • Track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available.

  • Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data.

  • Communicate effectively with members of sales/applications/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.

  • Generate record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers.

  • Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality process

  • Customer coverage area: The whole country


  1. Three or more years of OB/Gyn Ultrasound sales skills

  2. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred in related business or technical/clinical field

  3. Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)

  4. Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms

  5. Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)

  6. Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)

  7. Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)

  8. Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve

  9. Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset

  10. Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time

  11. Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments

  12. Clinical experience in large hospital/university setting preferred

  13. Current GE product experience desired

  14. English communication skill
