  • Sr. Manager position to lead "Technical Account Management" team in Korea

  • Lead the team to keep moving up the value chain to become a trusted advisory

  • Take ownership for the delivery quality of the team (Consultative support to solve the customer's challenges, and painpoints for their End to End service life cycle, leverage our technologies to oprimize customer's business)

  • Accountable to solve/handle critical escalation & complex issues for the customer

  • Closely align with segment sales to drive our premium services business such as PS suit

  • Over 18 years of industry experience

  • ITIL certified

  • Over 10 Years of people management experience at global company

  • Overall enterprise product support service experience (especially for mission ciritical system support)

  • System management experience as Sr. IT manager level

  • Strong english capbility (both verbal and writing)

  • Strong leadership & passion

  • Business & Financial acuments

  • Data Analysis
