Senior Human Resources Generalist

This person is responsible for supporting all aspects of Human Resources for our offices in Korea.
Generalist responsibilities include supporting a variety of human resources programs and policies, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, onboarding and training. Assignments may include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and will focus on service delivery within assigned location. You will also have responsibility for driving the recruiting process. You will be required to manage all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and closing candidates with a high emphasis on quality.
BS Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field required.
Minimum 7 years Human Resource generalist experience involving recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
Experience in a software or high tech company preferred.
Experience using multiple recruiting sources, including cold calling and Web
Strong Microsoft office skills, writing, and facilitation skills required
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Strong written and verbal Korean and English language skills required
