As a Principal at IMS Consulting Group, you will work directly with clients to develop business opportunities, and deliver projects . You will have responsibility for ensuring delivery of high levels of client satisfaction by:
Meetingor exceeding assigned revenue targets by developing and deliveringinsightful, value-added proposals that address complexclientissues Developingand/orelevatingnewbusiness opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads
Seekingout and identifyingnew revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients
Acting as principal owner of clientengagementswithultimateresponsibility for clientsatisfaction and delivering high levels of quality/added value
Leading proposal development to ensureactionable, on-target and timely proposals are providedtoclients.Providingfollow-upwithclient after projectdeliverablehave been completed to ensureclientsatisfaction.
Providingdirection,advice and intellectualleadershiptoclientsanddelivery teams.
Providinghigh levelinput to, andensures the development of, client reports and presentationsand delivers all orsignificantportionsoffindings to client.
Leading thought leadershipand firm buildinginitiatives
Remainingcurrentonindustry, client and competitive trends anddirectionsinorder to anticipate and identifynew business challengesandissues at assigned clients.
Contributing to the enhanced awareness of IMSConsultingGroupin the marketplace,
e.g. through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications
Participatingin annual performance review team processes
Engaginginrecruitment and selection of new staff
Mentoring,coaching and sharing subject matter expertise with others to helpdevelopindividuals and ourcapabilitiestodeliverworld-classsolutionsfor clients
Skills & Experience

Broad understand of pharmaceutical industry
Well-developedwritten and verbal communicationskillsincludingpresentations,chairingmeetings,leadingworkshops,business and report writing
Abilityto understand client needs and address through targeted proposals and deliverables
Track record of ability tosellhigh quality,highvalue projects to clients
Strong capability inmanaging projects and jugglingprioritiesso that deadlines are metwhileretainingconsistentlyhigh quality outcomes
Experience of workingin sizable/ multi-disciplined teams and supervising staff
Experience of developingcrediblerelationshipswithexecutivesinthepharmaceutical/healthcare industry

Qualifications & Other requirements

A strong academic track record includingminimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant graduate degree preferred (further personal/industryqualifications are valued but are notessential)
At least 10 years professional experienceinconsulting,pharmaceutical and healthcare industrywithevidence of career progression
Demonstrableexperiencein and commitment to the lifesciences and/or healthcare industries
A track record of management, leadership and peopledevelopment
A willingnessandability to travel toclientlocations
