About the Job:
As a Major Account Executive farmer , you will be responsible maximizing revenue generation within our major customers. You will be assigned install based account in Korea and asked to sell all Akamai products and services throughout the all account. To be successful, you will need to engage in strategic Industry strategy and planning, relationship development, prospect qualification, and exploring and closing all revenue opportunities. In addition, you may be asked to develop the account coverage strategy for pursuing and attaining additional business from international properties.
About the Team:
You will work with Akamai Korea Web sales division which have a sales ownership for Korea Enterprise customer.
On-going relationship management
Support of issue resolution
Forecasting and opportunity management
Presentation of Akamai capabilities
Proposal development and negotiation
Contract creation and execution
Leadership and guidance of cross-functional integrated pre sales and support team
Development and execution of account strategy
Executive communication and strategy development
Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
Overall Experience: 8+ years of Sales experience
5+ years of experience in system / solution sales within Major Enterprise accounts and Manufacturing industry.
Experience consistently exceeding a quota of greater than $2 Million.
Very high level of communication& English communication skills – speaking, writing.
candidate must be bilingual in Korean and English
A Consultative Sales
Must possess a proven Track Record in over-achieving quarterly and annual quota and demonstrate a proven track
record of being in the top 20% of former sales organizations
- Must have high ethical standards, coupled with integrity and humility with a desire to build a world-class sales and
- Through a install based account strategy, the candidate must possess the skill to prioritize specific opportunities that will
ultimately lead to incremental revenue growth and up-selling& cross-selling.
* * Must have strong knowledge of Internet and telecommunications concepts and demonstrate the ability to discuss them
with intelligence and conviction
- Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications
through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support
- Experience in successfully executing complex sales cycles. Formal sales training a must: Solution-Selling
and/or Value Selling training strongly preferred
Ideal candidates will bring with them a range of Enterprise customer.
Strong background in Internet infrastructure and enterprise solution software is required
