Hardware Sales Representative : Communcation Telco Sales

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle

Communications is looking for a high performing sales person to join the Korea

sales team.

This

position is based in Seoul, and the market coverage is Telecom and

Communications Service Providers (CSP) in Korea.

This

position is responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing

accounts within the established geographic territory.

Preferred

candidates will have:

Sales

experience in the Telecom/CSP industry for past 8 years

with demonstrable sales achievements.

Ability

to sell new technology products and articulate value proposition to key

stakeholders.

Well

versed in IP signalling technology, mobile technology and its competitive

landscape.

Holds

strong relationships with key customer decision makers and is able to built

relationship across different organisation levels.

Demonstrate

strong business acumen, practises strong sales discipline and highly

quantitative in sales forecasting and pipeline quality.

Aggressive,

competitive sales professional with high level of integrity.

Team

player, able to work effectively across multiple teams and rally sales support

for common objectives.

Works as

part of an account team to identify, qualify and deliver License/Hardware

products/ solutions. Responsible for the account plan to drive goal attainment

in assigned territory. Coordinates with the other members of the sales team

(employees and partners) to support account sales and business development

strategies. Helps identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer

specifications. Becomes trusted advisor to key customer influencers and

decision makers. Drives company's strategy into assigned accounts. Follows all

companies' methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit.

Ensures that the company's sales programs are known and executed in assigned

territory, including personal follow-up and engagement in selected

opportunities. Achieves or exceeds the quarterly and annual sales goals.

Leading

contributor individually and as a team member, providing strategic sales

direction to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the

application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8

years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.
