We are looking for a creative and driven Modern Marketer to lead our Customer Engagement programs in Koera.

The role of Account Based Marketing is to craft transformational agendas with our largest customers

leading to significant SaaS, PaaS and IaaS business. We do this by understanding individual customer

strategies, knowing individuals’ challenges and aspirations, collaborating with them based on joint understanding

and trust so that we can co-create their future business capabilities and support them through go-live success

while laying foundations for advocacy.

The Korea Key and Lead Accounts coverage is extremely important for the business.

Our focus is senior executives and their teams within this market segment who

influence and make purchase decisions and to ensure they receive a superior ownership experience.

This role will report to the Head of Korea Marketing and will be based in Seoul, Korea.

The Role

As a key member of the Korea Marketing team, you will work closely with the Korea Key account team,Lead account team and Oracle Korea Sales Organization.

The Responsibilities

  • Define the customer engagement strategy, goals and objectives

  • Understand intent, propensity to buy, social and account intelligence to inform and build a customer specific

marketing plan

  • Craft customer specific perspectives based on message hierarchies, storyboards and storytelling principles

  • Communicate value - Plan and manage customer value communications programs

  • Orchestrate engagement - Plan and manage multi-touch and multi-level customer engagement programs

  • Identify and exploit the most effective channels and programs that help us create and deepen relationships

  • Monitor, measure, review and report on key outcomes

  • Communicate progress, results and contribution to the business in terms of external and customer impact

  • Help change the internal culture, behavior and DNA of Oracle employees to think advocacy first

Required Skills


  • Knowledge of the marketing discipline especially enterprise, account-based, advocacy and digital marketing

  • Understanding of Cloud-based SaaS, PaaS and IaaS marketing principles

  • Data-driven approach to marketing taking the guesswork and intuition out of the equation and relying on data,

insight and the ability to make informed decisions with certainty together with actions with certainty

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant on Sales leadership team and regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Provides recommendations on program delivery to HQ virtual team leads. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.

Excellent interpersonal skills. Exhibits a high degree of resourcefulness and persistence. Ability to provide consultative input to senior Sales leaders. Experience with business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles. Proven ability to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. High degree of technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
