Category Brand Plan & Briefing
Set up the seasonal & long term category BRAND PLAN based on the category consumer & marketplace insight
Should have a strong ability & skill-set to build the marketing brief/plan with sharp point of view & consumer insight.
Deep understanding on the category sports (Football & Basketball, Football is a primary field)
Collaboration with Creative Function Teams
Work as one team from planning-briefing-big idea development-launching of the marketing campaign.
Integrate & Lead the cross functional marketing teams
Proactive communication with Regional HQ
Communicate proactive with Nike Regional headquarter to deliver Korea consumer insight & POV
High confidence on English presentation skill is required.
University degree in Marketing, Sports marketing is preferred. (Football is primary field)
Minimum of 7-8 years in consumer marketing experience.
Must be able to work well under high pressure and work cross-functionally in a metrics organization.
High-level fluency in English speaking, writing (Brand Plan) and presentation is a must.
Must be a big fan of sports and Brand Nike
Keen on the digital driven consumer trend (Teen & Youth)
