Supply chain is seeking for a competent customer service officer
The primary responsibility of this role is to handle order processing for Silica customers in Korea
on the basis of customer satisfacation.
He/she should report to a supply chain manager.
Through an efficient management of logistics, save logistic cost and warehouse fee
According to double check of Forecast quantity, optimize proper inventory level
Developing SAP system of commission module, shorten the working time rather than existing reporting time.
Deliver ing goods in time
A successful candidate :
As minimum, college degree and over 3 years’ experience in customer service
Familiar with SAP
Good communication in Korean and English
Good behavior in self-awareness, customer service orientation
