Applications License Sales people, we need people at the top of their game,

capable of continuing this world-leading success. That’s where you come in.

We

need a highly experienced, polished and credible Software Sales Representative

with significant experience selling Supply Chain Management (SCM),

Transportation Management (TM) or related software/solutions to the

manufacturing, retail and/or distribution sectors. You’ll focus on selling applications that sit

on the periphery of our well known ERP and SCM Cloud products which can also

stand alongside our key competitors in this space.

Ideally,

you’ll have a vendor sales background and be comfortable navigating the

processes associated with a global vendor like Oracle. However, we will consider

those from SI’s, partners and consulting companies who have the right level of

capability and experience closing $100K-500K software deals.

A day in your Oracle life may include:

  • Formulating a 30, 60 & 90 day plan to ensure each

quarter is successful.

  • Meeting with C level stakeholders to discuss their current

& future initiatives while developing lasting and trust-based

relationships.

  • Collaborating with sales & pre-sales colleagues to

leverage all ERP opportunities possible.

  • Identifying relevant marketing or customer events to drive

ERP awareness and increase revenue.

  • Responding to RFP/RFI, hold customer and partner

presentations and build & manage your pipeline.

  • Demonstrating sales discipline by managing key

opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle

This

Requirements


Supply Chain experience: 10 Years.


Supply Chain Sales Experience. (SCM Logistics,

(Warehousing, Transportation), Planning or Execution solutions).


Ideal companies: JDA, Kinaxis, SAP, Delloite, ACCN,

PWC.


Has carried Sales Quotas moving from Generalists to Specialists

roles. Should have closed deals in the range of 500K USD with large scale

customers.


Motivated and a positive attitude on Collaboration.

Takes Ownership as needed to drive Large engagements.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle

  • s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
