Job Overview Work with senior to executive level business leaders to translate business needs into HR initiatives, goals and priorities; coach, mentor and advise leaders

Lead strategic activities, such as talent discussions, employee engagement, organizational design and change management.

Serve as the HR point of contact for the Business / HR Functions to help the business achieve its goals in the region.

Manage the total rewards process and champion HR activities such as Corporate Giving and Employee Volunteering programs, etc.

Drive implementation of HR initiatives, goals and priorities; ensure alignment with all HR Functions in support of the Business.

Employee advocate: providing a neutral source for employees to voice their concerns

Manage a team of HR talent that work with senior leaders to achieve the goals of the business

Minimum Qualifications Must have excellent oral and written English skills and Korean or Japanese language is preferred

Have the ability to build and manage relationships, and the ability to influence change

Must be able to motivate, coach and lead others.

Must have good understanding to the labor law and local labor regulatory/policy

Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically

Is able to recommend and implement HR solutions after understanding the specific requirement of the client

Preferred Qualifications Must have at least 10+ years HR generalists experience in fast paced organization

Must have at least 5+ years in managing people

Education Requirements MBA/MPM/Master's in Human Resources or Industrial Relations or a closely related degree.
