In this role, the Korea Procurement & Sales Operation Rep will work directly with local customers and suppliers in Korea. In the procurement role you will be responsible for developing the localized supply chain to support the Korea manufacturing operation. In the Sales Operation role you will work with the sales organization to support internal aspects of the sales process, lead time/delivery commitments, order processing and logistics management. You will perform complex data analysis for internal / external reporting and decision making. Work integrally with Operations, Business, and Sales Managers to determine forecast risk and subsequent actions for the supply chain, material planning and manufacturing organizations. Interface with sales, business manager, engineering, operations and planning staff to resolve product delivery, capacity, order fulfillment issues.


  • Management of customer orders.

  • Pricing and margin analysis.

  • Analyze and Load Demand/Forecast into Great Plains

  • Synchronize Backlog against Opportunities in SalesForce to ensure demand accuracy.

  • Schedule and Commit Delivery Dates.

  • Interface with line / material and factory planning (prioritization).

  • Region or Account based Communications.

  • Review weekly backlog with customers during conference calls.

  • Create Service Request in Salesforce

  • Reply to customer inquiries on delivery issues.

  • Communicate potential schedule impact due to manufacturing and procurement issues.

  • Logistics management.

  • Create and communicate Part Numbers on New Designs.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field.

  • At least 2+ years’ experience working in a sales or customer support organization.

  • Experience working with Great Plains / Oracle is preferred.

  • Must be able to handle multiple complex capacities and forecast modeling tasks.

  • Highly analytical and detail oriented.

  • Maintains a high sense of urgency.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.

  • Advanced computer application skills specifically with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
