WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

To be part of our success as a Marketing Manager (RTEC), you will:

  • Development of short & long term objectives and strategies

  • Develop short-term/long-term innovation plan.

  • Development of marketing plan / marketing mix

  • Development and delivery of annual volume, profit, share objectives and consumer KPI’s

  • Control of A&P budget and monitor spending vs. plan

  • Identification / implementation of product innovation including new product launching, formula change, package change per consumer needs

  • Competitive analysis and contingency planning according to market environment change

  • Total brand communications;

  • Strategy Development

  • Copy Development

  • Production

  • Media planning and execution

  • PR

  • Packaging

  • Developing and managing project timelines, coordinating activities across various local, area and corporate resources, to ensure project delivery.

  • Working with Trade Marketing to develop great plan for in-market execution in order to maximize the impact of project

  • Scoping, ideation and development of NPD projects for innovation, including design and concept development

  • Identify and leverage powerful consumer insights and turn them into wining new product

  • Working with Supply Chain and R&D to deliver established project timelines.

  • Training and empowerment of team by building strong working relationship

  • Manage internal and external partners

  • Exercise the K values behavior at all times

As well as a hunger to succeed and grow as a Marketing Manager, you must be able to meet the following:

Required:

  • Educated to degree level / business school graduate, or equivalent, with Marketing major preferred

  • At least 12 years of successful consumer product marketing management.

  • Strong influencing skills are required to drive internal alignment, e.g. with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills combined with strong leadership

  • Experience in Global companies in Marketing with strong process knowledge

  • Must have depth-experience in brand communication development, management & innovation

  • Strong strategic understanding of how the brand portfolio management can be leveraged to drive Category and brand growth is essential.

  • Highly comfortable in the world of integrated communications planning and its implications for agency design, creative and media implications.

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English & Korean is essential
